Terms of use

1. Licence

Meru Apps grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use ShotPress on devices you own or control, for personal or business use. You may not copy, sell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it.

2. Purchases and subscriptions

ShotPress is free to use with a daily limit. Pro is available as a one-time Lifetime purchase or as a weekly or yearly subscription, bought through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your store account; the Lifetime purchase does not renew. Billing, refunds and cancellations are handled by Google or Apple under their terms.

3. Your content

Your photos are yours. ShotPress processes them on your device to produce the files you ask for, and never claims any right over them. You are responsible for having the right to use the photos you process.

4. Acceptable use

Use ShotPress lawfully. Do not use it to process content you have no right to, or in a way that breaks the law or the rules of your app store.

5. Warranty and liability

ShotPress is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Meru Apps is not liable for any loss of data or other damages arising from using the app. Keep your own backups of important photos; ShotPress never deletes originals on its own — Free up space only moves the originals you pick to the system trash, after the system asks you to confirm — but you remain responsible for your files.

6. Changes

We may update these terms, and will post changes on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
